Rack Shack BBQ at Target North Campus

This week FOODWORKS featured restaurant will be Rack Shack BBQ. Along with their BBQ meals, they will be offering Carolina pulled pork, chopped beef brisket and pulled chicken. There sides include cheesy mac, BBQ beans, Claire slaw, BBQ kettle chips and cornbread.
