New rotating comfort station concepts at Plaza

Plaza cafe is introducing a new rotating theme concept Tuesdays through Thursdays at the Sapor Comfort station. A different concept every week featuring offerings such as made to order Sushi, Southern BBQ, Classic Pasta, Catch of the Day seafood, Made to order Wraps, Baked Potato Bar, Native American cuisine and more! This week’s station is “Catch of the Day” featuring Seared Coho Salmon with grilled baby bok choy, organic quinoa and sweet potato salad, mango sweet chili sauce and fresh avocado.
