Have you ever wanted to cook lobsters for your holiday family gathering,
but were too afraid to?
Chefs Lyle and Deziree will demonstrate how to cook live lobsters 4 different ways,
provide you with the step by step recipes, tips and tasting. We will be cooking live Maine lobsters and you will go home with a one pound live lobster
Class cost is $25.00 per person
