Food For Your Well Being

Come into the cafe on Wednesday and sample some of our party smart items. We will be featuring roasted vegetables which is a great substitute for green bean casserole at your next holiday dinner.  A great alternative to appetizers would be the butternut squash with spiced pecans on pita bread or baguette with Target Honey.  We also have an apple cider fizz which is a great substitute for your high calorie drinks.
