National Bratwurst Day

Thursday August 16^th is National Bratwurst Day. Will be offering Brats at our chef’s fair station from 11:15 am to 1:15pm. We will be offering variety of Fisher Farms Bratwursts Served with sautéed onions & peppers and the traditional toppings. This including choice of two sides – German baked beans with apples & sauerkraut, cranberry peach kale slaw, or a bag of kettle chips and a can of soda or water.

We also will be drawing for a Fisher Farms Bratwurst gift basket, winner gets a bratwurst gift pack, buns and condiments. Drawing will be held at TCP at 12:15pm.
