Fat Tuesday Celebartion

In celebration of Fat Tuesday, Café Target at Plaza with be featuring entrée items with the New Orleans Mardi Gras flair. We will be serving Fat Tuesday gumbo/Chicken garlic kielbasa with white rice and cider braised greens. Crispy Cajon chicken wrap with aioli. Cajon salmon with avocado mayo on whole wheat thin. Served with fresh fruit salad and a Crispy catfish sandwich with rémoulade. Come down to the café on Tuesday and try one of our specials.
