Come down to Café Target at Plaza on Tuesday January 22nd for a build your own dessert nacho bar from 2:00 – 3:00 PM.   You can choose cinnamon or cocoa tortilla chips, then top them with chocolate, caramel, fruit salsa, chocolate curls and whipped cream.
