Cassoulet Day

Celebrate Cassoulet Day with us in the café on Wednesday January 9th. We will be serving Cassoulet on our Chefs fair stations from 11:15am to 1:15pm. Cassoulet is a rich, slow-cooked casserole containing meat, pork and white beans. The dish originated in the south of France. It is named after its traditional cooking vessel, the cassole, a deep, round, earthenware pot with slanting sides
