Café Target at Plaza will be celebrating Cinco de Mayo on Friday May 4^th. We will be offering “Street Tacos”, Shredded pork tacos with achiote (cochinita pibil tacos), cilantro lime rice esquites corn salad and borracho beans. We also will be featuring a Cinco de Mayo roasted tempeh salad with tomatillo salsa and swiss chard and tofu tacos with chipotle salsa.
