Join Target Café ( North Campus) on Tuesday March 1, 2022 for a Mardi Gras lunch special. Shrimp Po’Boy with spicy remoulade sauce, heirloom tomatoes and shredded lettuce, creamy coleslaw and cajun corn on the cob. Dessert is included as well,  fresh fried beignet covered in powdered sugar.
