Embrace Real Food – With Chefs, Andrea and Cicely
For this cooking class, Chef Andrea and Chef Cicely will be cooking butternut squash and spinach lasagna. Each lasagna roll is filled with roasted butternut squash, spinach, and a blend of cheeses, topped with a house-made cream sauce.
For dessert they will be making a caramel apple galette filled with sweet, crisp apples tossed in a light cinnamon sugar coating in a flaky pie crust and baked to perfection.
