January 27th - 30th This week at Target Plaza FOODWORKS featured restaurant will be the Whole Sum Kitchen. Some of their featured items will be gyro and southwest style rice bowls and salads with chicken or tempeh proteins paired with wild rice or quinoa grains.

This week FOODWORKS featured restaurant will be Rack Shack BBQ on Wednesday and Thursday. Among their signature BBQ items they will be offering Carolina pulled pork, chopped beef brisket and pulled chicken. There sides include cheesy mac, BBQ beans, Claire slaw, BBQ kettle chips and cornbread.
