May 8th is National Coconut Cream pie day. Café Target at Plaza will be featuring fresh slices coconut cream pie. Come down to the café and get a slice while supplies last!   You can also learn the history of the coconut cream pie, which will be posted in the café.

Café Target at Plaza will be celebrating Las Vegas’s Birthday with a prime rib dinner. Your choice of sides include creamy chive mashed potatoes, ricotta creamed spinach, bacon roasted Brussel sprouts with mushrooms, spicy Moroccan roasted cauliflower, and tomato and mozzarella caprese salad.
