Monday May 7th is national leg of lamb day. Café Target at Plaza will be serving rosemary-garlic roast leg of lamb with minted lemon yogurt, shawarma rice pilaf and roasted yams with funnel.

Monday May 14th, is National Buttermilk Biscuit Day. Café Target at Plaza will be serving sausage egg and cheddar on a buttermilk biscuit for breakfast, and lunch we will be offering a Chicken and Biscuit sandwich, buttermilk coleslaw and ham hock braised collard greens. Come into the café and try one of our freshly made biscuit meals.

August 2nd is National Ice cream sandwich day. Café Target at Plaza will be offering ice cream sandwiches today for $1.00 each, both vanilla and chocolate. Get one while supplies last!!

August 13th is National filet mignon day. Café Target @ Plaza will be offering a grilled filet mignon with a dijon mushroom demi-glace, horseradish bacon and blue cheese mashed potatoes and grilled Asparagus. Come in a join us in the café for this great steak lunch.

August 14th is National Creamsicle Day day. Café Target at Plaza will be offering Archer Farms Creamcicles on Tuesday for $1.00 each. Get one while supplies last!!  

August 15th is Julia Child’s Birthday. Come celebrating her birthday with us at Target café @ Plaza with two of her popular dishes, French onion soup and Boeuf Bourguignon with tarragon-shallot potatoes, haricot vert (thin French green beans) and grilled baguette.

Thursday August 16th is National Bratwurst Day. Will be offering Brats at our chef's fair station from 11:15 am to 1:15pm.
