All this week Plaza Lat 30' station will be featuring beef and lamb kofta! Local Kornder Farm ground beef with lamb, onion, herbs and spices. Grilled and served with a creamy tomato coconut curry sauce, aromatic basmati rice and your choice of two house made condiments.

Our latest noodle bowl flavor is available this week at Plaza Roam Noodles! Tender rice noodles and seasonal vegetables in an orange ginger sauce with Thai basil, scallions, cilantro, fresh lime and a hint of cardamom. Also available with a daily variety of additional proteins.

Any omelet can be turned into a breakfast burrito at the Plaza Flame station for $1.00! All the fillings you love in your omelet rolled into a warm flour tortilla and served with fresh house made salsa and sour cream. Add a side of roasted potatoes or hash browns for a classic morning meal.

Just in time for summer enjoy fresh heirloom tomatoes with tender spring greens, crispy bacon and avocado aioli on toasted wheat bread. Add a side of french fries, tater tots or balsamic greens to complete your meal!
