One of our new noodle variations is a Japanese style chashu soy braised pork with a soft poached egg and tender vegetables with your choice of three unique sauces as well as additional protein options. This week's sauces will feature a sweet peanut coconut curry, spicy Korean sesame or classic pad thai style sauce.

Join Target Café ( North Campus) on Tuesday March 1, 2022 for a Mardi Gras lunch special. Shrimp Po'Boy with spicy remoulade sauce, heirloom tomatoes and shredded lettuce, creamy coleslaw and cajun corn on the cob. Dessert is included as well,  fresh fried beignet covered in powdered sugar.
